The Seven Lakes Homeowners’ Association is responsible for all community maintenance, landscaping, common areas, roads, trash removal, fifteen separate pool areas (including therapy spas, barbecue and party patios) and insurance. The Homeowners’ Association also furnishes a 24-hour security gate house with regular night patrols.
